Natalie Briggs

Registered with both the UK Health Care & Professions Council and the Dietitians Australia Association as a Dietitian, Natalie obtained a first-class BSc degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, alongside a BSc degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Postgraduate degree in Sport & Exercise Nutrition.

Natalie's experience includes working with the Wales Netball Team during the 2022 Commonwealth Games and in the lead up to the 2023 World Cup. Not to mention supporting athletes competing in semi-professional rugby, iron-man events, and much more.

Natalie holds an ISAK level 1 qualification which allows her to safely perform anthropometric measurements on individuals to provide useful body composition measures, that can be influenced by nutrition. Natalie is also an advocate for clean sport and regularly keeps up to date with the anti-doping regulations and requirements.

Natalie has a sound clinical background and has worked as a clinical dietitian since 2020, specialising in haematology, teenage cancer, nephrology and trauma.

Natalie has a life-long involvement in physical activity and specifically enjoys a mixture of cross-fit, netball, running, alongside her background of being a former elite gymnast and coach. Natalie truly understands the impact of sport and performance, both in 'every-day' athletes to top-tier elite athletes.
